"El restaurante está en el primer piso de un complejo comercial antiguo y poco atractivo. Esto definitivamente dificulta la captación de clientes. Por eso suele haber un desgarro delante del edificio. El ambiente es agradable y exclusivo. Muy bien ambientado con manteles. Buen servicio. La comida estuvo excelente, realmente la disfrutamos. Recomendación: Chateaubriand para 2 personas. No es barato, pero sí económico y de muy buena calidad. La selección de vinos también es variada y suena muy interesante. Quedamos muy satisfechos con el vino tinto Risco de Famara. ¡Así que inténtalo!"

"Restaurant was overcrowded ,tables were pushed too close together ,so as waiters are passing to serve you were being knocked and no apology being offered.Had to send my steak back as it was undercooked and noticed other parties had to ask for their starters when other people in their party had almost finished .Some of the senior waiters were quite surly and service was not great.In my opinion they had sacrificed comfort and good service to maximise profits because of the occasion(New YearsEve)"

Esta en la parte baja de un centro comercial que esta abandonado. No hay cartel que indique la entrada. Si buscas un sitio distinto, lejos del lujo y muy autentico este es tu lugar. "We booked in a party of 8 for my birthday while on holiday. The table was ready when we arrived in a beautiful setting. We were greeted in English by very friendly staff who also helped getting our food order correct. The menus do have a page in English so no worries there, but getting our steaks cooked perfectly needed a bit of help as they have a different take on .medium rare etc. The food was perfect. One of the tastiest fillet steaks I have had. Everyone in our group said their food was perfect. I was surprised with a free birthday cake and a chorus of Happy Birthday from the staff, which was really nice. This restaurant is amazing. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful setting. Awesome food. We will recommend this to everyone."

"Poor service, waited ages for drinks, then to place our order. When food arrived, they brought one main course first then the 2nd main 5 minutes later, really awkward as my husband waited for mine to arrive before starting his. I am pescertarian so had the prawns with pasta special, horrible, prawns with spaghetti and that was it, no sauce, no taste. Wanted desert and coffee but took 30 mins to get the bill so sacked off the desert and coffee and went elsewhere. Wouldn't go back."

"Would be a 5 if the service wasn’t awful. We stopped by for an afternoon drink/light bite after who seemed like the owner invited us to take a seat in the shade. Our orders were taken quickly, however especially given how quiet it was, took ages, for some slices of cheese and a fruit salad (which is on the menu as fresher fruit, but is very clearly from a tin, very mushy and sour . We also asked for water, which was noted but after 10+ minutes we assumed we wouldn’t be receiving it, so asked again to a different waiter, to the same result. Then for a third time asked the first waiter when I catch him not acting like he was best friends with everyone but our table (guess we weren’t over 60 is why he didn’t like us? if we could have the water we asked for twice, to which he had the cheek to respond “You only asked me once”. The food and drinks were great but the service was so poor it left an incredibly sour taste in our mouth."

"Came here towards the end of our week long stay in the area; as in passing, the menu appealed to us as it 's quite extensive and caters for different tastes from tapas to pizza. At first all was great; we were welcomed and seated (we hadn 't booked but this place seems more of a 'drop by ' kind of restaurant . Drinks were offered and provided whilst we looked through the food menu. The waiting on staff were polite, welcoming and attentive (at this point! . Food arrived and it was nice. Nothing out of the ordinary but it was as expected for the price range and type of restaurant. 2nd round of drinks were offered and received no problem at all. However, it went downhill from this point: we were considering dessert/coffee but after a considerable time, we weren 't offered a dessert menu. We then asked for the bill but the waiter we asked seemed to merely grunt a reply to us so we weren 't sure whether this meant we would receive the bill or not. After several minutes and no bill, we asked another member of staff who said they would get the bill for us. In the meantime- the table next to us who had arrived after us and with more people in their party had been offered dessert menus and their bill! Eventually after waiting for longer, I had to go inside to request to pay as by now we had been sat there without the offer of more drinks/dessert for quite a while! It 's such a shame as at first we had been made to feel welcome but it left us feeling it was all a bit superficial once our order was placed as the customer service seemed to go downhill from there."

The food was good, I enjoyed my starter main course however my wife found hers a little too rich, to be fair this was a case of choosing the wrong dishes. The only slight issue towards the end of our meal there were a couple of tables with obviously regular returning clients who received a lot of attention so we were not offered desert and also found it difficult to attract a waiter to request our bill."
