"We have had such a lovely stay. This is our second visit, although a few years apart. We cannot fault a single thing. Immaculate room and indeed the pub. Every need taken care of right down to having fresh milk in the room that can be replenished as and when yourself. No little fiddly tiny milk pots. The bathroom waa amazing and it's as if it's just been installed before we arrived as its so spotlessly clean. We had the deluxe double which is lovely. As for the food...beautifully cooked and presented. Every meal.we had including breakfast each morning was fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble it seems. All service comes with a smile. Thanks for our stay. We will be back. Hayley and Tony Postlethwaite."

"Just went for a meal. Plenty of parking outside. You cannot fault the food... excellent at every level. However the service was slow. We had finished our starters and waited 30 mins... then two mains arrived but the table wasnt cleared from the first course. Similarly the same with dessert. However the staff are polite and apologised. Improve the service and this will be a gem of a restaurant."

"we have recently sung at this facility and my quality we were delighted. especially the king prawn court that I was recommended was a mouthwatering and delightful experience in a perfectly seasoned court. so many delicate aromas came through and the taste profile was so well balanced. my man from Bradford is very conservative with his lob for South Asian cuisine. but even he has ridden. in the did, we consider bringing extra friends and family just to try this food."
