"Me and my family ordered a takeaway from here just before Christmas for a meal, we had been previously and it was lovely. However, this time, two out of the five different chicken curries that we ordered had undercooked chicken. It was very obviously not cooked and could be seen to the human eye. When phoning up to notify them of this, they did not apologise and were adamant that the chicken was cooked. Can I add to this that we are not rude people, nor are we unfair, we would have been happy for them to give us a replacement and we pass back the meals that were undercooked this was not offered. The day after me and my partner met up with some friends, who also live local. And as before I told them about our experience of undercooked chicken, they told us about theirs experience… with undercooked chicken! We clearly are not the first people that this has happened to and we will not be the last. We certainly will not return!"
