"the restaurant is located in the main square of sirmione. Besides the internal location, it has an external dehor where you can dine by being able to look directly at the lake. inside the room is very nice, furnished with goto, modern and ancient at the same time. the outdoor space is very nice, with wooden tables and surrounded by a little green. the menu is very interesting, there are more classic dishes and other more sought after. I ate like appetizer the red shrimps of Sicilian served raw on bed of burrata stracciatella, venere rice and passion fruit sauce; as first the black cutters of fresh egg pasta to sepia black, red shrimps of spiced Sicilian, burrata stracciatella and organic lemon peel; as second, red tuna and its iced eggplant, soy sauce and smoked tuna scales; and, as sweet, garda lemon ice cream, fresh orange, Italian meringue and mint leaves. the appetizer, the first and the second I found them all delicious, fresh dishes and tasty ingredients, cooked really well, a set of goits that delighted the palate. dessert was the only normal course at all at the level of the previous ones. sin because, eating it at the end, should leave you a very good feeling in your mouth instead to me left a little bitter. point a little painful service. having booked, as soon as we arrived, we would have expected to find a free table only for us instead, with our surprise, the waiter told us that the table was busy and we should have waited ten minutes to release it. If a person books a table for a given time you can't find it busy yet. It was good that after ten minutes the table really got rid of it. the waiters are kind but sometimes a bit dismayed and too insistent to ask if everything is okay.
