"After waiting more than half an hour for a free table, we decided to eat the menu of the day, 15€ seemed a good price reading a priori the available menus. I asked for a salad of the house and they brought me a rectangular dish (it appeared to dessert rather for its size,) with a tomato salad, the slices were so thin that a fluorescent was transparent and in which by omission of the tomato, the onion abounded. half onion of a normal size, there was quietly on the tomato. about it, a nice sprinkled, which was so worth looking at. I was added with an aromatic herb oil that was the best of the salad. After waiting for more than half an hour after warning that I had finished the salad, I asked the second dish when I saw that they didn't bring it, being my surprise that the waitress told me that they had already served it, to what I ironically replied that I thought they had gone out to fish the barbeque for the delay that I was wearing. At the moment they served me a wretch on the grounds that there was a mess in the kitchen and if I apologized. a piece of merluza stuffed, which I ate snatched and with the anger I had I didn't know anything. About five bites. dessert, granny pie, served in the same type of dish as the salad. a chocolate candy, bakery cream, and cookie, of about four bites making small pieces to look like something else. There's no cider, no coke. Water and wine. the bread though it is true that it was Sunday, it seemed last Sunday. To be Sunday the menu did not seem expensive, the treatment received and the amount of food in return, I better not express it with my ordinary words. I've loved Santillana, I usually go often but this establishment is the last time I put it down, that I can assure you."
