"You are the sky and the sea, just as the website mentioned. This quaint, simple, and almost transparent setting-style restaurant is just a few minutes walk from our hotel, The Eight Hotel, Paranggi, a must-visit if you are in the area. The menu is a perfect marriage of traditional Linguran and Japanese cuisine, led by a Japanese Chef, Makoto Moriyama. He utilizes only daily fresh seafood from the local fishery; he has a funky menu ranging from classic Italian dishes and a good selection of pasta to Japanese traditional- sashimi and some modern plates like the Californian Rolls. We came around the hour when the sun was setting. There was no music background, just a stunning view of the sea blending in with the sky, with some chatty seagulls in the background. We were all part of this beautiful masterpiece, sipping our spritz away. Food came almost at the perfect moment. There was no rush; everything was in tune at its pace—fresh, very fresh seafood. Very good. Order a bunch of stuff and do a family-style sharing plate, a bit of everything, from fish of the day and some local raw prawns to some sushi plates—one of the best meals I had on this trip, which I still remember to date."
