"Super professional, nice and kind staff. I went for my birthday lunch with my mum. My favorite food in the world is Gambero Rosso di Mazara del Vallo (crudo) and I have only previously eat it in starred restaurants or directly in Sicily. At Forchettone I found an outstanding quality even close to home. We had antipasto di mare (AMAZING), risotto al gambero rosso (OUTSTANDING) and catalana (superba). I am not such a dessert lover but I had a Meringata (it was a decomposed version of the traditional one) and it was delicious. I don't usually leave much comments about the restaurants I go to, but this is just well deserved!!!"
