"When going to a wedding, we notice this restaurant on the road. Except that we didn't have the right timing at all. We arrived and we could only stay 20 minutes, which was completely incompatible with the two hors d'oeuvres and the sequence of dishes that awaited us. Suffice to say that we had to stop at the entrance, with death in our souls, because everything was exquisite and suggested a magnificent meal. The servers were activating and churning so that we could make the most of what this ridiculous timing allowed. The frustration was as great as the start of the meal was promising. The scene was, it must be admitted, absurd and full of panache and our attentive hosts seemed pained to see us leave cut off in our momentum. And the end of this surreal episode, where we stormed out of the restaurant, was the waitress who came running to bring us our dish in a “doggybag”, perfectly wrapped. What elegance and kindness. Thanks be to them and our apologies, we were very bad guests and did not deserve you."
