Always the gentleman in the hat made us sit by bringing us a bottle of water. For his way of doing I asked him if he was the owner and with a smile on the labra he replied that he was a generic worker. Immediately after he showed up, at the table dressed as a waiter and asked us to order. As a restaurateur I noticed his professional, in the room where alone he managed to serve a full room replacing some tables. Professional and nice, I've been looking for someone like this for years. To all this is added a discreet kitchen (good dishes but nothing eccezzionale). continue this way and I recommend that you no longer need the general worker contact the restaurant La Vela in Marcianise...."
