I took a chance and ordered hake, which I wasn't familiar with, and I'm so glad I did because it was prepared excellently. I doubt I'll order it anywhere else, as I don't want to tarnish the wonderful memory of your chef's artistry. From start to finish, our meals were perfect—beautifully served, professionally presented, and absolutely delicious. What a hidden gem we stumbled upon!
