"only a fabulous meal in l’arche de meslay, an elegant dining room north of tours. magnificent service matched the excellent food. I had the vegetarian meal, 3 courses for 25 euro. first was an amuse busche of gazpacho with basilikum; first cure was a small...turm of delicious avocado, tomaten and beet; besides a plate of wild rice, a cream, and assorted cooked vegetables; and finally a beautiful strawberry sorbet with raspberry cooks, fresh berries and the best almond food ever. I was with carnivores and pescatariers who also loved their food. Do not miss the dessert option that offers taste of four different tasty ones, including a grand marnier soufflé, makkarons and various sorbets. delicious chocolates finished the meal. that was really a luxurious culinary experience."
