"At the entrance, the sense aroused is that of calling to mind London gastro-pubs: that is, pubs in theory, but in practice real good quality restaurants. In the case in question, I visited this tavern together with my wife in November 2015. Small but delightful, very well-kept place. The kind and competent staff: the dishes of the day that were offered to us were of a high culinary class (fresh lobsters, truffles, etc. . Unfortunately for the owners, we tend to have a more informal menu and ordered: stuffed squid and a Chianina beef. While waiting we were offered a small but delicious appetizer accompanied by a small dish containing small hot sandwiches of various compositions. The quality of the dishes was excellent, but at the expense of their quality they were brought to us barely warm. The stuffed calamro was of excellent quality, the meat was of moderate quality (after all, this tavern is recommended only to those who decide to eat fish-based . We closed with a spoon dessert presented in a glass jar of amazing quality. It's just a pity that the dishes were barely warm. Prices quite high even if fully justified. In summary: an excellent place which however lacks the right attention to the moment in which the dishes to be served on the table are ready. Perhaps the owner, lingering at the tables of diners who have yet to order to explain the menu card in detail, ends up forgetting that there are orders ready to take to the customers who are waiting."

Grazie ancora Pino e a presto"

"reason the stars: service: the wine was brought to us late after tickled, they had already served the welcome appetizer. in such a place is unacceptable. When I pointed it out to the waiter first, he replied that they didn't delay, but when I told him that the other people served him right away, he apologized. food: refined, cooking at low temperature, good but not excellent compared to the price. we have puntualized to the chef the absence of truffle taste in the dish of gnocchi al ragu and after several justifications, we were told that it is not season and therefore the truffle butter was oato. But I stress his kindness to invite us next time, to do so immediately for a possible addition. other dish did not like moose at tiramisu. the smell and taste of egg was too strong, for my personal goto it was covered. I say, however, that the other dishes, including carbonara squids, do not have criticism. I speak with knowledge of cause, since I have a breed of potato and araucan chickens, so the eggs are now part of my daily life. I conclude by saying that I booked believing there was still the previous management, since the google page was not modified and presents both photos and old reviews. Overall we didn't eat bad but not really satisfied as we expected, knowing the place and the prices. there is definitely to improve. and perhaps my appearance and my boyfriend, made us reserve a different treatment. I add comment on your answer since I have no other way. I am pleased to read his apologies about wine, then promptly canceled! How come the diners next to us immediately received the bottle of wine? A mistake? and it makes me like a chef like you don't know the difference between an odorless egg from the supermarket and a fresh egg from the outdoor farm that smells but is synonymous with quality. you look around, among his colleagues, maybe you will discover a new use of eggs. I suggest you take a look at the daniele shore page. It is not a matter of price, but if I pay I claim. We have expressed to you and the waiter the ns disappointment and the tiramisu I have not finished it. on the quality of raw material I have not advanced any criticism, read well. a little humility wouldn't hurt her, but obviously she feels already arrived, blessed her."
