"Good morning It is very rare for me To send emails such as this but after our recent visits to browns feel Compelled to do so. Myself and my partner have visited Browns on lots of Occasions as We often travel to the area on business . We have always sang your praises and enjoyed the Ambience, food and drink but sadly have been deeply disappointed with our visit this time. We came For drinks on Friday evening and was incredibly busy which we expected. The lady behind the bar Who did not wear a name badge was one of the most rudest and obnoxious people I have come across . She spent the vast majority of the evening talking to other bar staff and when we asked to be served we were greeted with an awful look and sniggering with a colleague . We did not get served . We waited for another 15 minutes and another reluctantly member of staff served us . This happened on a few occasions . As this it was so busy we did not want to make a fuss . However we came again on Saturday night and the same member of staff was incredibly rude once again . It was not busy at all. We stood by the bar and got served after 20 Minutes of waiting . Apart from a very hard working male bar man , the girls , Natalie was the name of one , just stood talking and very obviously talking about customers as they kept Looking over and laughing . We found a bar stool and sat down . The member of staff whom I do not Know their name , barged in between us with a cloth to Clean the bar. No excuse me was used , we just got nudged out the way . When I offered to move My drink so she could Clean the bar, she answered “if you would rather sit in a dirty bar then do so”! I was shocked . We tried to another drink a bit later. We asked Natalie whom just rolled her eyes at us and shook her head and we did not get served . We then left. We have travelled around the world and have not experienced such utter rudeness from anyone . Browns conveys to be an inclusive cocktail bar with an u forgettable experience which for us it sadly Was for the wrong reasons. I will also be posting this on social media as feel So strongly. The girls involved really need a lesson on manners as we also heard others complain for similar reasons. I really hope you are able to rectify this And ensure others do not Feel as we did."

"Restaurante elegante con decoración navideña que te hace sentir bien por las fechas que se acercan. Para un domingo soleado no estaba para nada lleno, en un lugar privilegiado y terraza muy amplia me hecho pensar cual es la razón? La comida buena y rica, el postre los famosos Crepés Suzette, estaban excelente pero sin flambear ¡¡es una atracción que se lo pierde el cliente!! El trabajo de la cocina fantástico. El trabajo de equipo en sala no ofreció buen nivel de profesionalidad y no corresponde a los precios, una lastima. 1. Nadie sonríe.....te miran el plato para retirarlo pero no los ojos y ver lo que necesitas! 2. La gerente o la encargada nos mintió cuando pregunté¿si los Crepes lo flambean? Pues no, no lo han hecho por lo menos adelante nuestra! 3. Nos costó 10/15 min. pedir cafés nadie nos miraba intentando pedir a la misma encargada, ella sin escuchar terminaba mis palabras, pensó que queremos la cuenta/ no hay intención de ofrecer en este sitio!! 4. Pedimos pan y alioli solamente ! para una persona nos costó 1.90€ pero ellos trajeron también +Mantequilla 25gr. 1.90€ sin pedirlo +Tomates rallado 25gr. 1.90€ sin pedirlo Así, porque les daba gana. A la hora de explicar a la misma señora que es algo abusivo, no lo hemos pedido y consumido, no tenía intención de escuchar ni una sola palabra tenía su escusa favorita que todo esta escrito en la carta ¡nada profesional por su parte! Hemos decidido que los modales son más importantes y pagamos sin más. Para decir adiós a sus clientes tampoco levantó su mirada de su móvil. Conclusión/ personal de sala sin ganas y profesionalidad para ofrecer lo mínimo a los clientes, una de ellas comentó que no entiende castellano mientras le pedía algo/ la solución tiene que venir de los clientes, supongamos... que vamos a restaurante tailandés y hablaremos el idioma, también chino, alemán y lo que haga falta "
