"The first negative experience began down at the valley station, with a very unfriendly, unmotivated and slightly arrogant saleswoman. The student discounts are chosen arbitrarily; the advertised StuCard discount does not apply to sledgers. Unfortunately it didn't stay that way. The Restaurant Lauchern is by far the worst mountain restaurant I have ever seen. The operation is overwhelmed from A to Z. The landlord is very aggressive and arrogant. If you point this out to him, you will only get yelled at even more. The bar is pure chaos. Only the first name is disorganized. You have to wait 50 minutes for waffles. By the time the tea and coffee are made, the other drinks are already cold again. Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed and will not recommend the ski area to others."
