"Finding good coffee in Nürnberg is not exactly easy and I was more than happy when I found this place: they offer coffee with normal milk and soya milk depending on your preferences. I also love their chai power matcha which is also vegan (tiger spice and some other ones contain milk powder so ask to be sure). So far I tried their falafel salad, vegan bowls and brownies and have never been disappointed. My biggest concern is their service they opened the new cafe with service some months ago (before it was mainly take out) and since then the service didn't improve, it's a mess where you often have to wait for 10 20 minutes for a waiter/waitress to notice you (they always apologise tho). I only tolerate it because of their awesome coffee and nice food, otherwise it would be a no go for me. The staff is friendly, speaks English, will always try to help you out if you experience some inconvenience. The other negative point is that it happens to be very stuffy in the cafe as there's no proper ventilation system or air conditioning."

Included in the price, there was a small chopper salad (total tasty!!!) and an inlaid carrot (here I got childhood memories too. The facility in the bistro is modern, but also very cozy and radiates well-being atmosphere. The friendly staff also contributes its part. Both my friend (self active in gastronomy and therefore liked to be very critical as well as I were very excited and well saturated when we left the bistro today. Go on, Team Fränk'ness! The only thing that is a pity is the fact that there are not particularly many seats, which is why last Saturday afternoon we had to go back to spe with my far-traveled mother-in-law. "Titel: Total enttäuschend: H4 Eiszeit enttäuscht auf ganzer Linie Mein Besuch bei H4 Eiszeit war eine regelrechte Katastrophe. Das Eis war schlichtweg ungenießbar – zäh, künstlich schmeckend und weit entfernt von Frische. Der Service ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal war unfreundlich und desinteressiert, und es schien, als ob sie uns eher loswerden als bedienen wollten. Die Sauberkeit des Ladens war ebenfalls ein absolutes Desaster. Tische waren klebrig, der Boden war schmutzig und es gab keinen einzigen Fleck, der nicht mit Staub oder Schmutz bedeckt war. Die Hygiene ließ stark zu wünschen übrig und vermittelte den Eindruck, dass hier seit Wochen keine Reinigung mehr stattgefunden hatte. Alles in allem war mein Besuch bei H4 Eiszeit ein echter Reinfall. Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier einzukehren, es sei denn, man steht auf schlechtes Eis, schlechten Service und eine unhygienische Umgebung"
