"We returned a week away. the first time we ate several courses between first grilled meat and fish. the first I took (the name is unpronounceable and I don't even remember the name) was really fantastic, with some erbetta on it that gave that added value to the flavor I never tried. the grilled meat was generous portion (like the first rest) and the fried shrimp really good. tonight with the excuse of not wanting to turn on the stoves at home we returned in two to eat two pizzas on the fly.....of course picked the opportunity to taste Sardinian pizzas..... and also here my palate was delighted by the quality of the raw material used.......the Sardinian sausage melted in the mouth .. obviously to digest we was offered the correct wire. I will definitely come back to taste the rest of the specialties that Sardinian cuisine offers."
