I could eat this deal every week. but two days later there was a new card and I made myself too picant grilled garnel on riesling tomatensauce with fresh spinat, with band noodles, dyed with Sepia inks seduce (14.90 euro). the chef is simply always in the position to conjure with different consistencies and grabs, with different aromen and aromen a harmonious whole. the garnels were of the best quality, the sauce creamy and satisfied, the slender noodles dyed with sepia just a eye-catcher. we liked to order „Bei Endeler“ hagnauer lateburgunder (industrial, dark color and full-bodied aroma). even as a skoral (in two sizes! the beautiful, well cut red wine glasses have an amazing filling height. also tasty after an opulent eating: digestion from the steinhauser distillery from the bottom lake. but we have not moved into the allgäu hay brand. we're moving forward."
