"We were driving from Arcos to Carmona in Andalucia, when we took a chance and stopped in Marchena for lunch. There was no one in the dining room when we arrived, but we took a chance and ordered the menu del dia $9 euros each). I had sopa picadillo, a rice and ham soup, and Sid had Sopa de Ajo, garlic soup. Hers was better! I had carne with tomatoes, a stew and she had grilled chicken with patatas. Both were excellent! I wish I could have eaten the whole thing, but there was simply too much good food! All for $9 euros with a 1.5 liter bottle of water included. What a great meal and what a great deal! If you are in the 'hood, you gotta eat here!"
