"The headline says it all: The location right next to the Neckar is very nice. The food is acceptable with the quality of the meat for example being not very good. The self-service is one of the worst I have ever seen. You Q for several minutes to place the order, then you're sent away with a vibrating coaster. Be prepared to wait for more than one hour. Instead of constantly serving the food that is finished, they will call 10 to 15 people at the same time to pick up the food. Obviously this leads to queues again which is not exactly what to expect after you've waited for over an hour."
