"I cannot recommend this place enough. I came here since it was really the only option in town, but would now actually specifically make the trip to eat here again. The food was nothing short of spectacular: I tried the vitello tonnato (tender, salty, flavourful), the battuta (wonderfully cut with great quality meat and seasoned to perfection), the ravioli del plin with sage and butter (I want these every day now, and by the bowl full please) and then the star of the show, the costata fried in butter (just a revelation). To boot, the service was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. He helped with recommendations and continuously checked on the timing of the dishes with me. In the end (and after a local amaro), the bill was settled with the charming owner and I really must say that prices, given the outstanding quality and good quantities, are extremely reasonable. I'm not often rendered speechless by a restaurant visit but this place has managed to do so in the most positive way."
