"Als mexikanisch-deutsche Familie haben wir Agua de Horchata bestellt . Der Glas war fast halb voll und mit 32 Grad im Schatten und ohne Eis fast wie ein Tee zu trinken. Ojo!!! In Mexiko wird Agua de Horchata immer mit Eis serviert. Vielleicht könnte man das berücksichtigen. Die Salsas waren aus der Flasche so wie die Camarones in der Tostada einfach aus der Packung genommen. Die Garnelen waren nicht mal frittiert oder mit Butter, Salz oder Pfeffer abgeschmeckt. Die Tomatensalsa in der Tastada war schon säuerlich (also Kaputt) und es war nur eine Tostada obwohl in der Menu steht Tostadas (Mehrzahl)Die Bedienung war freundlich aber das hat nicht geholfen, wenn das Essen so schlecht ist, obwohl Quesadillas, Sincronizadas und Tostadas das alles einfachste aus Mexiko ist. Das hat uns nur traurig gemacht."

"Went there with a company of friends some time ago. The place itself is very nice and quite, conveniently located. Staff is quite friendly and nice. Service is fast. But, there were some disappointments: Appetisers came quite small. The selection of vegetarian dishes is extremely poor and the portion of egg fried rice is also quite small and boring. I had noodles with shrimps and my friend had the same order. My portion was almost 1.5 times smaller than my friend's. That looked ridiculous. But, I have to say that the taste was very good. Overall, I was rather disappointed by our visit, but the place is nice and food is good."

"Nachdem wir in der Nebensaison das erste Mal hier verwöhnt wurden, waren wir diesmal zur besten Mittwochs Lunchtime hier. Laden und Terrasse waren voll aber trotzdem war der Service lieb und hat uns nichtitalienisch Sprechenden alle Fragen beantwortet und Wünsche erfüllt. Leider waren Panini und Pasta schneller verdrückt, als dass wir hätten Fotos machen können. Unbedingt den weissen Merlot aus dem Tessin bestellen!"

"The first bite of the small kitchen courtesy was crazy delicious, out of this world! But let’s go step by step, because not the whole experience was like that. This is a restaurant that privileges quality over quantity, as the waiter informs you from the beginning. Expect expensive prices, very well presented dishes, very good service and good taste. The portions are compact, without actually being really small I had the surprise menu, which disappointed me because it was not really a surprise. The surprise consists of the chef (or the personal of the restaurant) choosing for you what combination of starter, first plate, second plate and dessert you will have. But the dishes were listed in the weekly menu, so it was not an additional choice to what I had already read and that’s why I think it was disappointing. I expected something not included in the menu. The taste of the food was between good and really good in all dishes. Except for the risotto, which was prepared in octopus ink and after half of my portion the taste started to feel too intensive and somehow too salty. In this sense, the portion was too big to be part of a 4 -course menu. I found the atmosphere elegant, strict, and boring, really decadent and this does not transmit he sense of joy hat the food gives you in the mouth. I found particularly annoying that the clients didn’t seem to feel comfortable talking in a normal voice. Everybody was whispering their conversations as though they were afraid of disturbing the other people. It didn’t feel relaxed and natural, but this might have been just a matter of the clients of that particular night."

"A volte i ristoratori dimenticano che i clienti, oltre a mangiare, desiderano vivere un 'Esperienza. Conosco il grotto e mi sono sempre trovato bene, per cui decido di portarci mia moglie a cena. Prenotiamo tramite il pratico servizio WhatsApp anche se, purtroppo, al nostro arrivo la nostra riservazione non c 'era..Trovato un tavolo abbiamo ordinato. Due antipasti e due primi. Il solito tartare di gamberi di Mazara del Vallo.. niente di speciale, e un tagliere di salumi, buono.I secondi, due piatti di pasta. Un raviolo ripieno ed una pasta con salsa di capriolo. Immangiabili!! Letteralmente e senza, ma,.. intrisi di esaltatori di gusto? Sapevano di detersivo x piatti. Chiamato il cameriere mi ha sostituito il piatto con una tagliata, mentre mia moglie non ha voluto nulla, anzi ha quasi terminato il piatto perché per carattere si vergogna nel lamentarsi. Il mio piatto di pasta non è stato conteggiato, anche se aspetto ancora adesso il proprietario che venisse a commentare il piatto, come mi era stato comunicato dal cameriere. Per inciso non è entrato più in sala come fa d 'abitudine) fino alla nostra partenza.Deluso perché desideravo fare bella figura con mia moglie, mentre è stata una cena senza soddisfazione e che non ricorderò. Avendo sborsato quasi 200 franchi desidero, voglio, ambisco all 'esperienza . Non mi cambia nulla il mancato conteggio di un piatto.."

"Sono stato in questo locale per una cena con degli amici. L’accoglienza non è il piatto forte e la padrona si è mostrata fin da subito molto scontrosa. Non esiste un menù ma la signora lo racconta a voce con aria scocciata e mischiando antipasti con primi e secondi. Lista dei vini scritta a mano con prezzi esorbitanti pur essendo essendo consapevoli di essere in Svizzera 50 CHF per una bottiglia di pessimo merlot . Piatti poveri e mal cucinati e porzioni decisamente esigue. Dopo 40 min arriva l’ antipasto consistente in mezzo carciofo trifolato che navigava nell’ olio e due fette sottilissime di prosciutto. Il piatto pricipale arrivato 1 ora dopo l’ antipasto prevedeva due fettine di brasato quasi trasparenti , 4 ravioli alla barbabietola rossa, 2 bocconcini di capretto e una misera porzione di maltagliati al pomodoro e olive. Nel frattempo la cameriera continuava a versare acqua e vino nei bicchieri. Passiamo ai dolci: due coppe di gelato al cioccolato e un pizzico di vermicelles. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di quasi 70 CHF a testa!!!! Decisamente da evitare."

"I didn’t like Lugano: an inflated bubble, a dummy, a parody of Monte Carlo. Noisy, bustling, full of poor people and Russians from Russia. I won’t write about the little things, I want to write about the last straw: the lie when reserving the “I Due Sud” restaurant with a Michelin star. We called in advance to reserve a table, they made an appointment for Sunday, and warned us about the strict dress code. We dressed up like fools, arrived at the appointed time, and... the restaurant was CLOSED. We thought that the entrance to the restaurant was further away, so we went looking. We came across the Veranda cafe and decided to ask their hostess about our restaurant. And the hostess answers: “What restaurant...Your reservation is with us, at the Veranda cafe.” We were stunned. We did not expect such impudence! Already on the spot, we learned from the cafe employees that the “I Due Sud” restaurant is open only 3 days a week: Thursday, Friday, Saturday. To say that they would be outraged is not enough. We felt humiliated and complete idiots. After a serious conversation with the head waiter of the Veranda cafe, it turned out that employees often do such tricks with reservations in order not to lose customers. But really, what's the difference between eating in a restaurant with a Michelin star or in a cafe? Dear Michelin employees, there is no difference! In general, it was as if we didn’t go to Lugano (Switzerland), but to Antalya (Turkey). Some kind of clownery. We’ve never been to this part of Switzerland, we came for the first time for a couple of days and managed to turn into suckers. We do not advise anyone to visit this canton of Switzerland."

"My friends and I went to la lanchetta for an aperitif after the lockdown. We managed to sit on their terrace, we ordered some pinsas and drinks and enjoyed our time. Drinks were okay, although pinsas are nothing to be excited about and I would...have gladly skipped them. What really bothered me was the non-existent social distance, staff bumping into each other's, not wearing gloves or masks to protect customers from droplets of saliva, and tables way too close in my opinion. A customer even complained when paying at the till, since there were at least people in a few square meters. It goes without saying that this was my first aperitif post-coronavirus, but from now on I will gladly spend my time home seeing how things haven't changed despite what we have been through."

"I was often in this restaurant as there is often a lot of vegan options, clearly indicated on the menu. So maybe I would have given them four stars. but now. since they are in the new position (on the hills, impossible without reaching car) they also have their menu...no clearer labeled vegan options, no vegan burgers...ke more French pommes. I found two ways to read and ask all the ingredients to be safe. vegans are probably no longer welcome. Previously it was the best vegan restaurant in lugano. last time for me."

"Der Service ist noch von alter Schule. Hochprpfessionell. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Allerdings ist uns etwas aufgefallen: Es gab da einen Kellner, der sich auch optisch von den anderen unterschied.Meine Frau hat mich bekehrt, dass das der Chef de Service war. Dieser war nicht besonders freundlich. Eher etwas mürrisch. An den Tagen, an denen er gearbeitet hat war die Stimmung beim Personal heher schlecht und weniger professionell. Als er frei hatte waren die Kellnerinnen und Kellner fröhlich und trotzdem hochprofessionell. Währnd seiner Anwesenheit kam es zum Beispiel vor, dass ein Kellner vor dem Gast durchlangt um Wein einzuschenken, was sonst undenkbar war.Seltsam was man alles mitbekommt, wenn man in der Lage ist die Stimmung in einem Raum aufzunehmen.Unter professionell verstehe ich auch, dass sich die relativ teuren Preise nicht nur mit der Qualität des Essens und des Service rechtfertigen, sondern auch genügend Personal vorhgnden ist um Wartezeiten zu vermeiden. Da wir zu Coronazeiten da waren und alle Hotelgäste ausschliesslich hier assen, war das Nachtessen in 2 Schichten. Das heisst um 18:30 kommen alle auf einmal. Trotzdem gab es nie Wartezeiten, das genug Personal da war."

"Ho ordinato una diavola e mascarpone e una crudo a domicilio pagando 37 franchi. Pizza molta buona nell'impasto e ben condita oltre che economica, peccato che la diavola fosse completamente bruciata/carbonizzata con il carbone praticamente nero nella parte inferiore della diavola e dunque immangiabile. Piuttosto che consegnare una pizza in quel modo consiglio e invito la prossima volta di rifarla per evitare brutte figure"

I said we would finish our drinks and leave the restaurant. what happened next was something I didn't expect at all. he made us stand up and we were transferred to a cabinet behind the kitchen and taken out of the main room, although it was not packed.) we finished our cocktails in the back floor where only old things were and that was not made for guests) and were never even approximated. that's terrible. I didn't know how to look at this incident, but one of my friends from zürich told me that I would have called the police for such unbreeding and ignorance. I do not recommend this place to anyone. we were shocked by humiliation."

"Basically, a very positive first impression, as the Marche restaurants are very harmoniously furnished and the food is well presented and the selection is very impressive. Citizens, pizza, pasta, grill, asia, vegi, etc. So basically something where you can go with the whole family. The sweets, tea and coffee as well as juices, fruit and salad were delicious. Unfortunately, all the warm dishes we chose were inadequate. The pasta was the opposite of al dente and was therefore spurned by the child, very slimy. Child two complained about the grilled snail and after I tried it I agreed: inedible. The burger and pizza didn't fare any better. The citizen mainly tastes of the intense pickle, the rest was lost and the pizza tasted bland. Overall, no recommendation, unless we were unlucky that day."

"Al Lido ist ein fantastischer Ort, wo ein aperitivo zu genießen, ein Bier oder ein schönes Abendessen dans l'eau in Lugano à pieds. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist spektakulär. Ich habe auch versucht, einen Ort für Business und Conference Dinner und es erstaunlich gut funktionierte. Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service war ausgezeichnet und am Ende waren unsere Gastgeber sehr zufrieden."

"Auch hier durch Zufall gelandet und eigentlich sehr gut verpflegt. Montag, gegen 13.30 wenig Gäste. Etwas kühler Empfang, aber freundlich. Das Vitello Tonnato und auch das Piccata Funghi waren ausgezeichnet. Preislich für diese Lage mit dieser Aussicht wirklich sehr vernünftig. Die Fahrt mit dem Fiat 500 war super schön trotz sehr engen und kurvenreichen Strassen.R. R."

"Dies ist ein Hotel, in dem wir zuvor übernachtet haben und dessen Lage am See hervorragend ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet, aber der Blick auf den See macht den Mangel an modernen Einrichtungen wett. Leider mussten wir kurzfristig absagen, da mein Mann einen Tag vor dem Abflug einen Bauchwurm bekam. Ich war mir der Stornierungsbedingungen bewusst und musste diese für die gesamte Woche bezahlen, da es im Ermessen des Managers lag. Dies war kein Problem, da wir versichert waren. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption gaben jedoch an, dass sie den Manager kontaktieren würden. Nach zahlreichen höflichen E-Mails erhielt ich jedoch keine Antwort. Auch wenn sie ihre Politik erklärt und gefragt hätten, wie es meinem Mann ergangen wäre, wäre es etwas gewesen, mir dann eine Quittung für die Zimmergebühr mit der Nachricht „Wir hoffen, Sie haben Ihren Aufenthalt genossen! ! War nicht akzeptabel. Ich bin sehr traurig, dass ich unseren Urlaub verpasst habe, aber die gemeinsame Höflichkeit der Hotelleitung hätte geholfen.Es tut mir leid, dass ich diese Bewertung schreiben musste, aber ich bin der Meinung, dass der Mangel an Verständnis und Mitgefühl, den das Hotel zeigt, völlig inakzeptabel ist."

"Die ruhige Lage ist absolut phantastisch. Das Kursschiff legt direkt beim Grotto an. Dies ist auch die Landungsstelle, wenn man z.B. das Zollmuseum besuchen will. Wer hier dann aber beim Grotto Teresa nicht einkehrt, verpasst wirklich ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Es ist für mich noch das einzige ursprüngliche Grotto direkt am Luganersee, das seinen Namen auch verdient. Ein Tessiner Grotto, wie man es sich immer vorgestellt hat. Keine Touristen Abzocke! Die kleine aber feine Karte bietet für jeden etwas und es schmeckt wirklich ausgezeichnet, und das zu sehr moderaten Preisen. Das Wirtepaar Alessio&Regina verdienen höchstes Lob. Sie sind überaus symphatisch, freundlich und sehr kompetent da kochen die Chefs noch höchstpersönlich. Bedient wird man dann ebenfalls von sehr freundlichem Personal. Auch wenn viele Gäste da sind, wird man stets schnell, aber trotzdem nicht hektisch bedient. Hier kann man so richtig vom stressigen Alltag abschalten sozusagen d`Seel la bambälä loh . Wir freuen uns jedesmal drauf, hier wieder einkehren zu dürfen."
