"I planned a day trip two months ago and decided to stay too late to enjoy an early evening meal before returning to Britain. therefore I have booked a table (by la fourchette) for 19:00 clock (if the restaurant is open) we arrived in time. the restaurant has quite deserted, but we waited until 19:00. since it had not yet opened, I saw a more accurate view and saw that the chairs were on the tables and the restaurant clearly did not want to open soon, if at all! then we had to rush to the place to get a generic meal, as we had to come to the shuttle 21:00. why the restaurant la fourchette did not recommend that they be closed (this had reminded me several times of my reservation) in future I will book directly and maybe I can trust that I will get a meal!"
