"Yes, after trying several restaurants in Crans Montana, i can say that for me this is the Best place to eat in all valais. For me! I really love the Polenta Montagnard up at Colombire, the Entricote aux morilles and the Amazing view at Plumachit, the Biftec tartar at Taillens(although the Best tartar is here, at Continental ,the delicious pasta with șea fruits at Molino, and the generous portions of pasta at Michelangelo, the Crepes at the Yccor, close to the Patinoire(skating land , the Grillade at Le Chalet în Crans, and the Pizza at gerber, the Grilled duck with rice (mmmmmm..... at le Thai, and thuna sushi at Kaizen, but when it comes to eating the Best dinner for me is Le Continental. The place is not easy to find, it is a bit hidden, the Restaurant looks ok, nothing special, and their terrace is nice, but needs some renovations. But the food, really every plate that comes out of their kitchen has ' ' Passion ' ' written on it. This you can see în every of the Photos posted by their guests. I always get hungry just by looking at the Photos. Smile smile smile Service is friendly, always smiling, nothing is too much for them. I m not a fan of ' 'la chasse ' ', actually Last year was the first time when i ve tried it, and I ve liked it, but i felt a bit guilty there after as I feed the Forest animals every week with rest covers, still the plates were delicious, still for me The piuree is the "star "that convinced me to come and eat here:when I was a child my father used to cook for me and my smaller brother every Sunday, and our favorite plate was Piuree with chicken wings.And crepes, of course, but not many restaurants offer Crepes(pancakes as dessert. Pitty.... I will be here in November, and I will enjoy some Lunch menus this summer too:they are delicious and the prices are always fair, I ve totally appreciated every plate of this Restaurant, and the Coffee too."

"We felt we deserved a treat! After hiking to Lens from Crans and climbing the winding path up to the Christ Roi and back down to the village, we were hungry and thirsty. More than ready for a good lunch! For just 25 francs, we were treated to a three course plat du jour. My friend chose Gaspacho to commence and I, a Hawaiian salad with prawns. Cordon bleu on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes, with garnish, followed. My choice was truite saumonee on a bed of risotto, with mixed vegetables. Dessert ah ...... an apricot panna cotta. House made iced tea accompanied our meal, all of which was rounded off by an smooth Italian expresso. Le Monument is at the heart of the picturesque village of Lens, with a terrace out front and behind. Exquisitely and tastefully decorated, Le Monument is a must for all who appreciate good, wholesome, well prepared and presented cuisine. All this, against the backdrop of a stunning Swiss mountain village just 10 minutes from the Centre of Crans Montana."

"Few days ago we came to Memphis with a friend for lunch and were very outraged by the service and the attitude towards the guests. We ordered California rolls and tartare for a starter and waited for them for 30-40 minutes. The other tables that came after us have already got the main course. I asked the waiter to check when everything will be ready, he said ' ' okay ' and brought the bill. Realizing that there was a misunderstanding, I once again asked to check when the STARTERS would be ready because tartare and California rolls cannot be cooked for so long. To all this, the waiter winked at me, said 5 minutes and ran his hand over my shoulder. Then I didn 't understand what was going on at all, because why was he touched my shoulder. It was an act of rudeness and extreme disrespect for personal boundaries. Later it turned out that he was also the manager of this Restaurant. The starters have finally arrived. I asked the general manager to come over and we discussed the situation. Their general manager came, I explained the situation to him, and we were just offered dessert. We said we didn 't want any desserts, to which he said Okay and left. Has he apologized to us for this situation? HAHAHHAHAHA, of course not. "We stayed for a weekend in crans Montana and, since restaurants only do take-away, we decided to order pizzas from il Molino, which was located just a couple of minutes from our flat. Pizzas were good, neapolitan look-alike, we were given a complimentary spicy olive oil container and enjoyed a discount of 15 percent if I recall. Prices are otherwise a bit steep for my standards,especially for the toppings. If you are in Crans Montana and wish to order a pizza though, this is definitely a good option."

"Für das letzte Abendessen unseres Ferienaufenthalts haben wir uns das Bistro des 17 GaultMillau Restaurant L'Ours ausgewählt. Wir freuten uns sehr darauf, doch leider wurden wir schwer enttäuscht so wie noch nie in einem Restaurant bez. Preis Leistung): die Rindsfilets waren roh, die Frites weich und ohne Kartoffelgeschmack wahrscheinlich tiefgefroren), die Kräutersauce schmeckte komisch. Gemäss Chef de Service war das Gas/Strom in der Küche ausgegangen. Die zweiten Filets waren dann ok, die Frites etwas knuspriger. Was aber das Übelste war, keine Entschuldigung in Form eines Gratiskaffees oder so, alles wurde verrechnet! Erst als wir intervenierten, wurde ein Preisnachlass gewährt. In einem Bistro eines 17 GaultMillau Restaurant ein absolutes No Go. unser Tisch, obwohl Tage imVoraus reserviert, stand direkt an der Theke. Wir hatten kaum Platz und es war lärmig. Als wir gegen 21:30 Uhr gingen, waren diverse Tische an viel besserer Lage nicht besetzt. Warum uns keiner dieser Tische zugeteilt wurde, ist nicht nachvollziehbar. das Licht direkt über unserem Tisch flackerte die ganze Zeit. Niemand vom Bistro bemühte sich darum. der bestellte Wein für CHF 110 war von guter Qualität, jedoch zu jung serviert. Deshalb konnte er seine Fülle nicht wirklich entfalten. Bei einem Wein dieser Preisklasse muss der Jahrgang stimmen.Zum Glück gibt es in Crans Montana auch Restaurants z.B. La Rotisserie), wo der Gast zufrieden nach Hause geht. Diese habe ich auch entsprechend bewertet."
