The fior di latte (because it wasn't buffalo) was floating in the tomato. The other pizza with porchetta had a side with practically nothing, a focaccia. Bad experience not to try again. Furthermore, the next day you feel heavy, swollen as if you had a calf on your stomach. Probably under-leavened or poorly leavened dough!
