"It works. But price/performance doesn't fit. We were there spontaneously today. The meals have all become quite expensive. Meat dishes are available from €24 and vegetarian ones are available for just under €20. The taste of the food was relatively good (grilled poultry plate), but the chicken part was quite wobbly, the turkey and chicken skewer were okay. The salad plate is covered with ready-made sauce: iceberg, carrot salad, a little coleslaw and a little decoration. Why don't you use vinegar and oil? The fries were too greasy. We had the feeling that the fat in the deep fryer finally needed to be replaced. The red sauce, not homemade, simple gypsy sauce from a jar. Despite the empty glasses, no one asked for drinks even after about 35 minutes after eating. Then we didn't order anything else. Too bad. The young staff was friendly, but really needed to be more trained, because it was really very manageable in terms of guests. But everyone just chatted at the bar instead of looking around at the guests. The only thing that could make up for this was the really touching and extremely friendly boss. But as I said, something still has to happen. On Saturday a restaurant like this has to be “buzzing”."
