"Dear Family Fensel, it's a pity that Facebook pretends to deliver a maximum of 5 stars as the most positive review because You deserve more! Also the prefabricated formulation I found it super comes to what we celebrate last Saturday the 90. My grand aunt's birthday was not nearly the same. Excellent, extremely accommodating service we are used to. Nevertheless, the pretty and very friendly lady you chose as our service has surpassed our expectations and just made a crazy job. The drinks, cakes, etc. were served by your team all perfectly in the nu with a charm that wasn't placed, but came from heart. I forgot 5 stars. In addition, the excellent selection of wines is mentioned, which leaves nothing to be desired from a velvety dry Negroamaro from Tuscany to the Franconian, sweeter Domina, to the dry fruity Silvaner. There was something here for everyone! My cordial thank you, along with the service staff, of course also applies to your kitchen. All meals, in particular the four main foods of our menu (from spanked beef to beef and fowl, to the duck breast) were served almost simultaneously and hot to guests (54 at the number). That it was the purest palate joy, I don't have to emphasize it yet. I can also praise the kitchen for the bakery specialities. With a selection of 11 cakes, it was the hardest to choose a cake. Some guests simply bypassed this challenge by trying out three different cakes instead of one piece. Hungrig didn't drive home that day. The bread season à la carte and the small snacks, both as dinners, rounded off the culinary delights of this day and led the one or other guest to a wonderfully fresh cellar beer. Just the right thing after 7 8 hours of birthday party! To you, dear Fensel family, a warm thank you for enjoying this special day in your conservatory and so pampered by you and your team. It was a great pleasure for us and a memorable day that doesn't get so fast. All in all, a 90th birthday in Nothing below! Kind regards, Dennis Hammer"

"Today we visited Lauf an der Pegnitz. The marketplace expired in search of a place for lunch. Nothing could convince us. We decided to leave the marketplace and see something outside. In front of the restaurant at the Mühlenrad right next to the bridge we leave a lift with lunch offers. Tell us, let's go. To the entrance from the street you come through six parts, narrow steps down to the entrance door. From there it goes 1 step down to the toilets. But there is still a rear entrance at the mill wheel with only one step. In this area, the toilets are then flattered. Parking nearby we have seen a few on the roadside with 1 h parking. Otherwise, the surrounding public parking spaces can be used. Service We were very kindly greeted by a lady in everyday clothes and she offered us free space choice. On the question whether we can take place in the back room she answered very kindly and it was no problem at all. She handed us the cards, lit the candle and counted us the daily dishes with the price. We were able to look at the map in peace and after a reasonable time, she came to the table and wondered if we had already been found. The drinks came fast and she put them with a nice one, to the table. The two soups did not wait long, they wished us a good appetite and brought a salt and pepper mill with the words if they still want to season a little. Spotzl got the salad in advance and she told him, please nice, this is her salad, good appetite. The two foods came to the table at the same time and she wished a good appetite again and added, let them taste it. Underneath she came to us and asked if everything would fit. We didn't have to sit in front of empty plates for a long time, she said if everything was fit and tasted and we still want something. On our no thanks, she said, if we need anything else, we should just divorce. The glasses were just empty when she came to us and asked if everything still fits. We ordered the invoice and it came back shortly afterwards with a handwritten note, shared with us what amount is and called the amount of the accounts. She thanked us very much, kindly and wished us a nice day. When we left, we were kindly adopted again. Here you feel warm welcome and all-round care. 5 Stars Food There is a brown menue card with clear coats. The selection is not too large and you are specialized here Steak and Filet dishes. The daily meals are accepted for an inclusive price. We had two soft wheat at €2.90 each, the lunch menu – pancake soup Schnitzel Pommes for €9.90 When writing the salad was forgotten) A liver dump soup, home. Bovine soup with liver dumplings for 3,90 € and the recommendation Frikadelle with potato salad and supplement salad for 8,90 € The soups were very hot and tasty. The homemade beef soup had a wonderful strong taste. The pancakes were nicely fluffy, but nevertheless some firmer and in the dough were still processed with herbs. We could taste a light pepper taste and fresh parsley rounded off the soup. The liver dumpling in a variant we haven't known yet, but very tasty. He was like a semmelknödel and included really nice liver pieces. It was nicely loose, refined with herbs and tasted perfectly. In the soup there were still on the spot garden pores and yellow pupils. The dumpling was still bribed with fresh parsley. Spotzl's supplements salad consisted of various leaf salads, yellow ointments, paprika, radii, radian, rocket, fresh parsley, a slice of cucumber and half a cocktail tomato. The salads were all covered with dressing, which was slightly sweet and had a perfect acidity ratio, tasted very good. On top there was a little white sauce, we would say on yogurt basis. The ingredients were all fresh. At the other plate, the salad was on it, but it didn't bother. Each salad leaf was provided with marinade, but on the plate no dressing was collected, we liked. There was no rocket here, a chicore leaf. Otherwise it was the same salad. The potato salad was made by itself, nicely spicy and refined with onions. He had a nice acid note and we didn't have to choke at all. The two “meat plants” were nicely fluffy, but still had a firmer consistency. Fresh herbs refined these. Season 1a and we thought that discreet mustard was processed. There was also a little tasty, tasty roast sauce. The cook is obviously part of the fact that we always find everything drowned in sauce. Because of us, it should have been more of the delicious sauce. The pommes were of the thinner type, but really nice crispy and still soft inside. They had not been supplied with salt at all in a greasy and impeccable manner. The scavenger was wavy fried, not greasy and the panade nice crispy. From a spicy, it also fits. It's nice here that the ketchup is served in a bowl, we like it very well. Here we would like to try the steaks, the kitchen has it on, 5 stars. Ambiente The assessment here for the ancillary room, the guest room itself we have seen too little, but somehow looked like that. It is an old guest house with tile floor. There is a round wooden cladding made of light wood with patterns in it. Table and chairs also consist of bright wood. On the chairs there are bright fabric cushions and on the tables a red-white carded fabric medium blanket. As decoration on it there is a Christmas glass with tea light. The cutlery is in a jug and the napkins are fanned in red and white with inside. It is not a chi-chi restaurant, but an old Bavarian inn. We liked it and so it is worth 4.5 stars. Cleanliness In the guest room and in the toilets the usual dust traces, but very low, 4.5 stars"
