"This restaurant was recommended by our hosts when we were visiting the area, so we visited for an early evening meal (by Italian standards at least). The staff were just finishing up a wedding reception and told us the restaurant couldn't serve us for another 45 minutes to an hour, but we could have drinks in the bar/farm shop. We went ahead and did that and watched a beautiful sunset from their outdoor area. The view was magnificent! Sitting down to dinner later, we basically ordered antipasti to share (both the meat and vegetarian ones based on recommendation), pastas and main courses. We were impressed by the huge antipasti plates and wide variety of items. The explanations of all the items were offered in English and gave us tastes of Tuscany we would have never ordered on our own. The pasta came and was all prepared fresh, with HUGE portions. (This was definitely the largest portions we'd had while visiting Tuscany). Each pasta was definitely unique and had robust flavors, making you want to eat more. Our meat selections were also delicious and large portions. After all of that food, there sadly wasn't any room for desert."
