"more than 10 years ago we were as a family actually eating more often in il mulino. in the last 3-4 years I was still ca. eat three times there and it was always bad qualitatiw. I was hoping that the last time I was just a slippery one, you would like to get a chance to improve. tonight, it's all over the crown. to the appetizer had 4 out of 6 people vitello tonnato. the calf was dark and very dry, overall it has made an earlier impression. the thun-fish sauce was strongly salted. the bruschetta consisted of a favorable baking box made of the package, covered with tomato and cheap gouda (or similar) baked, altogether very greasy. then the main dish. only pasta dishes. two of them with a creamed sauce, which consisted only of liquid sawn and salt and pepper. I had ordered spaghetti carbonara, in the card was already pointed to the only ingredients oil, ei and speck (for the choice was also with cream sauce). at the order I was asked (by the chefin of the house) whether I would like the carbonara "original Italian". Of course I thought. then came a budding dry spaghetti (the cuddly of the baptism I have not even been able to take apart, as dry and glued they were) with rührei and speck. still strongly salted. on my complaint I was told (again by the chefin of the house), the salty comb of the speck and that with the ires you do so. You look at other good Italian restaurants, cookbooks and cooking videos, you know that you do it traditionally differently. and yes, the speck is salty, but here the cook with the salt spatter is slipped out. All right. I was offered to choose a new, different court. the appetit on pasta is something past me, so should a pizza make up. order abandoned and asked to leave a single ingredient please. after about 10 minutes the chefin came again and asked again which ingredient should not be on the pizza. another 10 minutes later came the pizza. the cheese was not melted and almost cold, on the pizza were normal water-laugh and the teig was still raw under the tomato sauce. the chefin now pointed to the obviously unfinished pizza, than I was then told that water on the pizza is normal. ok. for me rather not. pizza unfortunately leave behind and renounce another main dish. the ambiente does his rest. old, down-to-earth facility, crack in the wall, art flowers on the table, paper tablecloths.Leider can no longer be done here. to the happiness there are other, very good Italians in koblenz, who still place worth on the Italian cookery."

"I was on the 30th 3. 2017 In the evening in restaurant and ate the three-course menu for 34 euro: smoked domestic trout on green sauce, high-fried bark (metzgerei aus horchheim) Sous-Vide (röstaromen)? with rooted vegetables and confiert kartoffeln as well as a dreamlike dessert (earth beer/sorbet, cookle, rhabarber in verensirup, mousse), sekt mit verensirup (the latter one did not taste out) and a giant out of winning. the trained service there was nothing to expose, even the friendly young cook and owner came several times and stood for culinary items. the concrete lies on gourmet kitchen with regional products. as coblenzer, I know both the excellent metzgerei and the unmatched ice cream around the corner and the coffee sourcing, from which some products come: very excellent idea. I liked the idea of the rheinkiesel as an amuse ule, which made something visually: somewhat too hard round minibaguette balls in gray on hot stones. only for the eye was the butter spread in the size of a lego stone: this could be improved. the potato supplement was too soft. the ladies of the graceful, also old-hearted and benevolent coblens, and I agreed: the portions are too small, the wine is too expensive. the owner performs two organic wineries (demeters) on the map. since the restaurant has only 7 tables, with some outside, you should reserve."
