"(Dinner, 3 persons, for €66.60 As always, if you go to the theatre visit to Kassel in the TIC, you will have to eat as delicious as possible beforehand. Our Kasselen (or even Kasselenian girlfriend had made a relatively new restaurant and only heard good reports from colleagues. A table was reserved there to not miss the beginning of the performance, although we were on the way very early. From 5 p.m. there is the regular card... which we could use. Reserves are certainly recommended here, as we were allowed to experience as guests were unfortunately dismissed during our visit. Parking was not a problem you have to buy the one or other euro in the parking machines. So we had only a few steps from the parking lot to the thinker's meal. Kassel presented himself very sworn this day, however, we wanted to use the reserved table in the interior. The short welcome followed the table assignment. The dining room with a high ceiling sprays a really special ambience! The pictures may give an impression of it! The clear menu, consisting of two pages (see photos), was quickly handed over to us and asked for the drinks. A look at the map is really worth I could not decide. It sounds delicious and different than usual. For example, grandmother's bovine rug with potato tamph, baby spinach and cashew seeds. Well, I could order the appetizer on my own again, as the two ladies had no desire for it. And so I ordered fried shrimps on chicoree with curry ginger sauce. A little while later we all smelled that my shrimps were on the pan. A delicious fragrance passed us. Yes, appetizer succeeded! That was really delicious, a taste experience. All finely matched. Compliment! The choice of the main foods was very wide: Ravioli for our girlfriend, flame cake for my dear wife and carving of pork laughs for me (but I would have dared to try the Roulade! . In the Ravioli there was a little discussion, because it was probably available as an offer of Ravioli with Ricotta, and for an extra charge of a euro, the salmon would also be possible. In the end, it's probably all a misunderstanding. Everything went relatively quickly from the stage but we were also early. It was only when we were in the main course. I'll start with my main food, the scavenger of pork salmon with green sauce and roast potatoes. There was a supplemental salad. Everything nicely arranged on a special plate, so I had the choice of three bowls/cellars. I'd like to say the green sauce tasted best for me! The roast potatoes were small semi-finished, probably cooked in the oven, which, the further one came closer to the bottom of the bowl, were always crushed. I didn't taste anything about roast flavors here. At least they tasted like those potatoes from the oven. I had imagined something different under Schnitzel from Schweinlach. They were so thin that they met all the real Wiener Schnitzel, which I enjoyed so far. And here logically with more panade than meat, because thinner it was hardly with meat content. All in all very dry, which caused me problems completely to devour the portion. In the meantime, as I said, perhaps the courage to rinder would have led to a better outcome. The salad was good! I can't say much about my wife's flamecake, that she has to do herself. Quote: huge, but very thin, so that the cake was good to create. Altogether very salty by the bacon. I had to drink a lot and had the feeling of thirst for hours afterwards. She tasted it! But the alleged salmon filling didn't taste it out. What was also asked when the table was cleared, but it was said that salmon had been in the filling. Since the invoice is not 1 euro for this court we assume that the filling has consisted only of ricotta and not additionally of salmon. So maybe a misunderstanding. It tasted anyway! Stay the dessert of our friend: a smanding mousse with biscuits and marinated strawberries. Apparently a Wonne. The strawberries marinated with basil! It tasted wonderful! All in all a recommended location! In particular, we liked it very well. The service personnel could be trained a little better, because eye roles and similar body languages should be avoided more so that the guest feels taken seriously. The spices of wheat, as it stood on the map: roasted shrimps on swollen chicoree with curry ginger sauce 11,50 € ravioli with asparagus and salmon filling in cherrytomate sauce 13,00 € Schnitzel from pork salmon with green sauce/redded potatoes and garnets"

"This is one of those "Mexican" restaurants that sprinkles corn on everything... What really annoys me is that they have some good things going on, but then mess it up with sloppy technique and poor choices. As an example, they offer chips and dip: which is about 2 tablespoons of Salsa, Guac, sour cream and some weird synthetic cheese. I would much rather have a large bowl of salsa than all of the other stuff and their chips are actually good, which is hard to find in Germany. On top of that, their salsa is out of a bottle and is pretty mediocre. As a "Mexican" restaurant, they should be making their own salsa fresh, it is extremely easy and cheap. I ordered tacos and even those were disappointing. All of the toppings were fine, but then they put it in the broiler and the tortiallas got hard/stale and just crumbled when you picked up the taco. I also had a margarita, which was actually descent, it was made with lime juice and agave syrup, but then they put a LEMON on the rim, no salt and no ice. Did I mention the corn? Mexicans do not randomly sprinkle corn on everything! Why do "Mexican" restaurants in Germany do this? Just because you add corn, does not make it Mexican. Overall, it could be much better if they would make some changes. Finally, the price is ridiculous, especially for the small portions they have. I will just make real-Mexican at home and go out to other non-Mexican restaurants. This place is also a chain, I cannot understand how they can stay in business, perhaps Germans are easily impressed by it because it so different than what they are used to? Go to Mexico or the U.S. if you want to taste and see what real Mexican is. For that matter, go to Prague, we had great Mexican there, go figure!"

"After 5 days of hospital stay with full program, we spontaneously celebrated my dismissal! However, confectionery was still arranged. Vegetables, rice, fish... fish? We could look back in the “Grey Cat” or was it the “Red Kater”? Both! It used to be 2 locals, directly next to each other and directly on the “Fulleufer”. (high German: Fuldaufer Today the locations are in one hand; Family business with hotel (hotel and wellness resort and restaurant, on cycle path R1, with a magnificent beer garden, own boat bridge and a houseboat! The latter can be rented without a license! The restaurant is generously cut, modern and stylishly furnished. Behind huge panoramic windows one has a magnificent view of the river and in front of the head a beautiful tile stove with viewing windows gives a pleasant warmth. The tables were decorated with fresh flowers and candles discreetly; dark wood and red upholstery always look very elegant to me. Scampis were decorated in garlic oil (4,90€, delicious and pretty with fresh fruit and a salad leaf! Where I ordered the associated bread directly for gluten intolerance reasons. The second appetizer was the day soup/tomato soup with cream bonnet (3,90€). It not only looked deliciously prepared and garnished with fresh foliage, it must also have tasted very fruity and delicious. As main dishes we chose turkey steak with paprika cream sauce, rice and salad (10.90€ and rice pan with seasonal vegetables (8.90€), plus a 0.2 l Portuguese rosé (3.80€ and a 0.4l Radeberger Pils (2.80€). The rice was exactly boiled to the point. For me/our personally, there is nothing worse than fried soft rice. Hospital tasty food, for me/our he must be bite-proof! Also the vegetables were perfectly cooked, probably briefly swung in the pan with oil, according to Mediterranean style. No frozen vegetables! From fresh carrots, pastinaks, zucchini, onions and eggplants to paprika carvings everything was there. And again decorated with fresh fruit, a salad leaf and foliage. I personally love pepper, but he must come fresh from the mill. A XXL mill (see photo is available for pepper lovers – great! The juicy turkey steak was served with a creamy pepper cream sauce, perfectly cooked and seasoned, with rice and a fresh salad mix. Everything was eaten up to the last rice grain! Is there a better compliment for the kitchen? The service was very friendly! Our recommendation for this family business. We are looking forward to the summer and the idyllic beer garden."
