"Gegessen wurde ein Dönerteller. Der Preis dafür 9,50 was aktuell für einen Dönerteller fast schon billig ist. Geschmacklich war das Fleisch super erinnerte aber mehr an Gyros was mir aber egal ist der Tzasiki war auch sehr lecker, man merkt hier wird selber gewürzt. Einen Stern Abzug gibt 's aber dann für die Menge des Fleisch, es war soviel Reis in der Box aber dafür im Verhältnis bei anderen wenig Fleisch. Wenn ich einen Dönerteller esse, esse ich ihn hauptsächlich wegen den Fleisch und nicht wegen den faden Reis . Vll sollte man den Preis um 2 Euro erhöhen und dafür mehr vom leckeren Fleisch auf den Teller legen. Ansonsten kann ich sagen hier kann man gut essen, Ambiente könnte man verbessern ."

"Heute Abend besuchten eine Freundin und ich das Restaurant "Nachbar". Nachdem wir diverse Bewertungen studiert und positives darüber gehört hatten wollten wir es mal ausprobieren. Wir hatten nicht reserviert, das ist jedoch ratsam, da der Platz im Lokal sehr begrenzt ist. Wir fanden jedoch noch einen Sitzplatz, studierten die Karte und entschieden und schließlich für den "Portabello" (Pilz-Burger) und den "Classic Cheese & Bacon". Dazu gab es die Parmesan-Pommes.Pluspunkt, für mich, auf jeden Fall, dass das Fleisch "Medium" serviert wird. Als wir die Speisen erhielten war ich erstaunt. Mein (Pilz) Burger war gigantisch. So, dass es mir nicht möglich war ihn mit der Hand zu essen. Ich verzichtete auf einen Teil des Brötchens und dennoch war es uns nicht möglich mehr als die Hälfte der Pommes zu essen. Das Angebot an unsere Tischnachbarn, die nur Burger aßen, sich an den Pommes zu beteiligen winkten diese ab. Sie kannten den Laden schon und wussten, dass die Burger ausreichen um einen hungrigen Magen zu füllen. Der Burger schmeckte sehr frisch und auch meine Begleiterin war sehr begeistert von dem Essen. Ansonsten ist das Lokal sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Parkplätze gibt es viele an der Straße."

"Letztes Wochenende besuchte ich mit meinem Sohn zum ersten Mal das Fosters Garden. Schon der äußere Anblick war beeindruckend - ein Restaurant in einem riesigen Glashaus! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der Blick in die Speisekarte bestätigte den ersten Eindruck ... Neben einer grossen Auswahl von Burgern und Steaks bekommt man hier auch so außergewöhnliches wie Zebra, Hai, Krokodil oder Känguru! Das werde ich mit Sicherheit das nächste Mal probieren. Ich hatte aber mal wieder Lust auf ein ordentliches Steak und habe mir ein Rip-Eye-Steak mit Rosmarinkartoffeln (auf Empfehlung der Bedienung) bestellt und mein Sohnemann einen riesigen Burger mit Chilli und Pommes. Die Rosmarinkartoffeln waren echt lecker und das Steak absolute Spitze - butterweich und auf den Punkt gegrillt. Der Burger schön saftig und die Pommes sogar hausgemacht. Eigentlich wollten wir ja nur Essen gehen, aber wir sind danach noch 2 Stunden länger geblieben, da wir dort sogar Billard spielen konnten! Neben ausgezeichnetem Essen bietet man seinen Gästen hier auch noch die Möglichkeit Billard oder Dart spielen zu können und das auch noch für Raucher und Nichtraucher auf 2 voneinander getrennten Etagen! Wir hatten dort einen wirklich schönen Abend und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Schade, dass man für dieses Lokal nur 5 Punkte vergeben kann."

"Wir besuchten heute zu zweit das Café Hurricane und wollten frühstücken. Waren bereits schon drei Mal dort und jedes Mal war der frisch gepresste Orangensaft bereits um 11 Uhr leider schon aus. Alternativ habe ich eine kleine Schorle bestellt und bekam leider eine Große. Als das Frühstück, nach sehr langer Wartezeit kam und das Rührei lauwarm bis kalt war, fand ich auf meinem Frühstück ein schwarzes Haar. Ich habe dies der Kellnerin gezeigt, welche das Haar runternahm. Keine Entschuldigung und kein Angebot, mir ein neues Frühstück zu bringen. Da wir schon lange gewartet haben und sehr hungrig waren, haben wir es notgedrungen hingenommen. Wir baten um den Austausch von einer Komponente des Frühstücks was erst zugesagt und dann aber doch vergessen wurde. Wir sprachen einen Kellner darauf an, welcher sich darum kümmern wollte aber nie wieder zu unserem Tisch kam. Nach langer Wartezeit sprachen wir eine andere Kellnerin an und bekamen letztendlich unsere eigentliche Bestellung. Wir bestellten ein zusätzliches normales Brötchen und eine weitere Kellnerin brachte uns wortlos ein Körnerbrötchen und ging. Danach fanden wir erneut ein langes Haar an unserem Joghurt und machten den vorbeilaufenden Chef darauf aufmerksam. Dieser wollte uns weiß machen, dass das Haar zur Melone gehört. Wir mussten ihn mehrmals darauf aufmerksam machen, dass ein schwarzes Körperhaar nicht zu einer Melone gehört. Dieser nahm den Joghurt wortlos mit der Melone mit und brachte und uns genauso wortlos einen neuen Joghurt. Wir sind komplett enttäuscht von der scheinbar mangelnden Hygiene, dem schlechten Service und dem unfreundlichen Umgang. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!"

"Toller Spanier in Kassel.Sehr freundlich, locker und offen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.Hat Spass gemacht dort zu essen. I made my part with ah and krach. I was invited, but due to the study of the menu I can judge the price level as average. the Turkish main dishes cost from approx. 10 €, pizza is of course cheaper. they can have tapas from €6. they can achieve this locally with the tram line 3, 6 and 7, whereby they must run from the catzensprung stop as well as from the weserspitze several minutes to the local one, located exactly in the middle between the two holding points. with the pkw you can park in the side street under the blue tores at the uni kassel. "Just for fun, a group of us (3 Americans, 1 German, 1 Brit) went here for an evening meal yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The burgers were good and quite sizeable, my home fries were excellent and there is a good range of drinks available, including several different beers. The custom-burger option, enabling you to pick and choose your preferred style of burger, topping, sauces, sides etc. is a particularly good feature. The restaurant is bright and airy, situated in a salubrious part of Kassel with a view of the courts of the tennis club next door. The 3 young ladies who served us were friendly and efficient and all in all we had a very pleasant experience."

Der ausgezeichnete und sehr freundliche und herzliche Service trägt natürlich auch zu unserer Top-Bewertung bei! Neben den vielen typisch griechischen Gerichten können wir auch Tagesempfehlungen wie z.B. Argentinisches Rumpsteak empfehlen! Da können selbst viele Steakhäuser bei Weitem nicht mithalten! "the service, a greek-German couple (both the owners) is professional and always friendly (hearty) contrary to the criticism of milmelmar are very happy (and in front of all the things without turning the eyes). no wort or zaziki from the eimer. the dishes we ordered (lammhaxe with aubergine and cheese baked and gyros with bifteki) were very appealing. the lammhaxe decomposed on the rim, the gyros was well cut, not too thin, so it was both crispy cross and juicy. the dishes were balanced, exactly the right combination of garlic (not too much) seasoned and crumbling. Delicious!The homemade supplements (reach, a nicely dressed salad and zaziki) accompanied the dishes perfectly. besides the excellent taste, the portions were more than sufficient for a good eater.The ambiente is typically Greek in land colored blue and white. Something came into the years but very lovingly decorated. on the window benches are small precious such as old and perfectly restored old steam radios (tube radios). "I've eaten in all sorts of restaurants on my visits to Kassel and have reviewed them all and now for the first time I can say "Yes, finally really great, tasty and amazing food"...the owner, Girmai is an amazing host, we spoke a lot and even shared a shot or two of Ouzo? Not sure how this Greek national drink got bottled in Eritrea and found it's way to Kassel, the flavoured beers are "different" but actually very, very nice too. Girmai, he really has a "presence" and the atmosphere he generates is fantastic. The food is beyond compare to anything else I've tried from other "traditional" restaurants so far in Kassel...it's simply extraordinary! Just wish that the locals would embrace the culture and get stuck in with their hands as they should, that's what the Injeera is for "emilyphipps"...it's not "wet chappati", rather traditional Ethiopian/Eritrean bread that is used to soak up your meal, anyway...moving along. I enjoyed the uncomplicated service...after all we're there to have a great meal, not be pampered by overly enthusiastic service staff. They were quick, accurate and friendly, that's all they need to be. It was my first experience in an restaurant that is "East African" and as a South African I was blown away by the tastes. The unique spicing and preparation kinda hit a few home notes with our local South African Indian cuisine especially the sambusa's (samoosa's) where I'm from, where exactly made, prepared and flavoured as they should be and what I am accustomed to from our Indian cuisine at home. The restaurant setting is cosy and very warm, uncomplicated but "inviting"...I could carry on and on but honestly...I will be back again and again and again! My wife is going to struggle to get me to try other restaurants in Kassel after this one."
