"Stopped here for lunch one afternoon on a weekend, and it was very busy with locals and their families. We were actually having trouble finding a restaurant that looked good and had seating for us. We almost left this place too because it looked full, but there was an extra table open with no chairs at it. The staff and a couple of the other patrons helped us get enough chairs so we could sit down and brought out another umbrella too. All of the food was good and you could definitely taste that it was homemade with love, but a lot of it was a little too oily compared to other restaurants, so I can't quite give full marks. The tapa portions are a good size (they may have been 1/2 size raciones), we shared 4 dishes between the four of us and that was enough (we usually end up with something like at least 2 plates each). The artichokes with ham were good, but definitely on the oily side. The rice and pork was the best dish, very tasty. The pork cheeks were good, but just a little chewy. We also had the Russian salad, which was nice and creamy, not too rich. If you want some good comfort food, this restaurant is a good option, and it has a lot of outdoor seating without being a tourist trap. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the food being slightly too oily, though it was still good."
