"tl;dr: restaurant is to be avoided at all cost, no info about hotel. we didn’t stay at the hotel, but went to the restaurant. seeing it on the guide michelin, we expected at least decent food and professional and appropriate service. let’s start with the first: instead of focusing on high quality ingredients and good cooking, every dish became a mockery by including dozens of different (and unnecessary ingredients). for example, the carpaccio consisted of about 8 different ingredients (when really only 3 are necessary), and all of them were bad. sauces were gelatinous, pasta undercooked, and meat dry. further, the service was ridiculous. i appreciate service that isn’t too formal and pretentious, but it needs to be professional. from our waiters assertion that he know better how much dressing we want to borderline rude remarks, service was not nearly sufficient for a michelin bib-awarded restaurant. Food drinks: to call the hotels restaurant subpar would be a strong euphemism. Service: 2 Location: 5"
