"As pointed out already: the vegan food isn 't labelled, so you gotta ask what is vegan or can be veganized. And you cannot rely on the allergen information; or on common sense: on our second visit we had fried rice with veggies and spring rolls, trusted the allergen list that there aren 't any eggs or dairy in it and thought the owner might understand what 's important to us when we asked if the saté sauce is vegan; we ended up with egg in our egg-free fried rice with vegan sauce. And even the dishes that were (probably) vegan weren 't convincing: the noodles with tofu and veggies lacked flavor. The avocado and mango salad is mostly lettuce with some avocado and mango pieces thrown onto it. And the vegan sushi platter also seemed very lackluster, the maki rolls fell apart when looking at them too intensely and the tray is rather useless if you want to sit down somewhere outside and dip your maki in soy sauce because it doesn 't have a compartment for the soy sauce. That last point might seem petty, hell, the last three points ARE petty, compared to getting egg in a dish that isn 't supposed to contain any egg, especially after asking for the condiment to be vegan. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to any vegans. And I 'll reiterate my question: Why is this even here? Might as well add every pizzeria that is willing to not put cheese on their pizza, that 's just as valid."

"at the arrival in the indian palace restaurant (Heppenheim-Germany) we were served an evening buffet with a selection of dal, 02 vegetables (kartoffel vegetables and mais with spinat), rice and 01 chicken curry. After we and the children had served after the consumption, it was found that the potato vegetables had been discontinued / could not be consumed. when our make my trip tour manager was attentive, the same was replaced by chole (kichererbsen). after some time it turned out that even the chicken-curry court had stood and was unconsumable. this was also communicated to the guide, it was replaced by a fresh chicken curry. not convinced by the type of service, some members turned to the hotel manager and drew attention to it. however, the appointment of the hotel manager was not appropriate and the daughter of the manager started screaming and ordering the whole group to leave their property. when we protested, the staff was not good. one of the hotel employees began to push/slide and the man treated the group members, including men and women. the whole situation got out of control in trying to solve the situation. one of the group members was attacked by the male staff of the hotel. the whole situation ended with the police being called because we had no other choice. in a foreign country it was the hotel staff who had the upper hand with his justifications to the police. we were asked to give the dispute a good deal."
