"staying at the Maremma farm we wanted to try the restaurant emphasis, located just inside the structure, but still accessible to outside users. We tried a little bit of everything. really particular the appetizer with tomato, tuna tartare, burratina on bed of cous cous with basil. an explosion of delicate flavors well mixed with each other. Excellent first among which the ricotta and spinach ravioli with boar ragout, skillfully cooked and eaten by our son of years. the excellent seconds, including the sea soup with a really delicious sauce! bread and bread, made in the house with several very exquisite flours. Finally the holy wine with the best cantucci I've ever tasted! Very romantic location by the pool with a light and pleasant wind. the unsurpassed service! at the end of dinner, to embellish everything, the chef, very young, very prepared and nice. .
