"PLEASE READ WARNING : So where exactly to start about the worst food experience of my life, I was looking for some closest Indian restaurant from my hotel in Gran Canaria. Found casa tandoori and this one, as I have already tried casa wanted to give a try to maharaja, so I came here with my another friend. The restaurant is located in a shady building on second floor where you hardly see the entrance door. As we walked jnto the restaurant there was no one customers except me and my friend. I was so happy to see the menu as it has a huge selection of choices to eat and had a good talk with the owner before ordering the food Don’t fall for this cheap tricks , so we order Sav puri to try some chat and it wasn’t good, I would give 4/ 10. And then the owner asked if we would like to try some wine. So we asked him to give some nice wine as there were wines in the restaurant every where, here starts the worst experience. They bought a 2 euro wine and charged 12 euro and it wasn’t even on the menu and a horrible taste as you can see from my pictures. We ordered paneer curry and 2 plain rumali roti and 2 garlic rumali. Can you imagine what we get ? A horrible heated tortilla from the cheapest super market and they gave all with garlic and some other curry than what we have ordered. Did he even listened to our order ? When we complaint how it could be rumali roti, the owner says that’s how it is in Spain. Seriously ? You just spoiled my evening with your food. I would highly recommend to visit casa tandoori place, it’s bit expensive but believe me you will walk with real Indian tasty food. Don’t be fooled with the fake reviews for this restaurant, save money and horrible experience. Sorry for the long review."
