"Booked a table for 6 adults for a family birthday meal, got to the restaurant and no table was prepared. After being stood for around 20 minutes we were greeted by a very arrogant waiter. We finally were shown a table right across the kitchen entrance, loud and busy. It took almost 30 minutes for someone to attend to our request to move to one of two vacant tables. It became clear that waiters only concentrate on guests who seemed to be regulars, and management had no grasp on what was happening in the restaurant. After being ignored we were then forced to order and eat very quickly 2 of our guests not even served their appetisers. I wonder why I bother to show the owners the courtesy of booking in advance as they were not ready or eager to receive us as guests. Never ever will we set foot in this place again and we will never ever recommend."
