"Disappointing. Poor at best. Had our first slim chicken at the Merryhill Shopping centre in Dudley which was extremely good quality. We travelled out of our way to Cabot Circus looking forward to another SLIM chicken. All I can say is I won't be bothering again. The chicken was over cooked and dry. The staff didn't seem like they could be bothered. Constantly walking past dirty tables. We had to clear a table ourselves to find a seat. As did other customers. Happy to pay for quality. You're certainly not cheap. Not happy to pay your prices for poor quality. The quality at KFC would have been better on this visit un my opinion.
