"Popped in on off chance never been before friendly welcome and polite service. Had the sausage bap as it was the special with a flat white, I forgot to ask for no butter however it wasn’t over done with marg anyway, both were good and I’d definitely have it again, less than a fiver overall so can’t complain, would have nice to have been offered choice of bread roll either white or whole meal but that’s just being picky"

"Had lunch here recently, fantastic food and service. Booked a table in advance and were seated in a nice booth. As we walked past staff they said hello which was a nice touch. We all ordered different food, and it all came together, piping hot, fresh and very tasty, everything ordered was spot on even all the changes additions were correct. Can’t not fault the restaurant, staff or the service. Absolutely on it. Thank you. Loads of free parking right outside (well 4 hours free) easy access for people with mobility issues, and toilets inside. Overall, personally I think there is a good selection of food, my only observation is the cost of the deserts, which put us off. I didn’t see any, so not sure what you get for your money to be fair."

"We visited here specially for their lunchtime deal which is valid up to 5pm. It is really good value for what you get. We had 2 courses which were really tasty and flavourful that cost £12.90. For starters, we had the potato skins which were served with a pot of sour cream which were good and the garlic pizza bread with mozzarella which was really good! The dough was really soft and fluffy. It also had plenty of garlic and mozzarella on top which made for a really delicious starter! I highly recommend that! We then ordered our pizzas for our main. The pepperoni pizza was really moist and had lots of pepperoni. Again, the dough was soft, light, and airy with lots of flavour! The portion sizes are very good, I definitely left full. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The serving team were also friendly and pleasant. I would definitely return again. Tasty food with good portions at good prices!"

"My wife was given a Groupon voucher for tea for two. We booked through their website their booking page, to our surprise, didn't ask for a date or time (a web design error, we thought, which is interesting in view of the other business activities of the company), but we put that in the commments, and received a confirmation quite quickly. We thought this was an unusual establishment it was the first time we ever saw a coffee house combined with a web design studio but apart from some posters and other advertising material for the web design services they offer, you don't notice much difference with a normal coffee shop. We were welcomed, and since the few tables were all taken, we were shown to a seating area at the back, where our tea for two was served. There was a good choice of sandwiches, sweet choices and of course scones, jam and cream. Service was friendly and prompt. All in all we had an enjoyable experience, and we'd definitely recommend the coffee house to other. But how a coffee house which has been combined with a web design studio can have a web site with a booking page that hasn't been thought through very well, is a mystery to us..."

"We had the Valentine dinner 3 years ago prior to Covid so we took them up on their package deal and had a really superb meal served by Lucie and Amie. We both had the same We started with the mushrooms in a creamy sauce followed by the hake beautifully presented with mussels, new potatoes and a large dish of vegetables. We followed with a Grand Marnier cheese cake and liqueur coffee and petit fours in the lounge. A large jug of water is automatically delivered to the table with white table cloth not so common these days. Apparently the chef, Martin, has been with them for over 30 years and every time we have eaten here the food is 5 star standard at 3 star prices. The restaurant was nicely decorated with small vases of roses and little hearts on the tables. The marketing of the restaurant needs to improve dramatically and James said he is now taken over this role. It really is a little gem and the restaurant was not full on a Saturday evening. It should be for the quality of what’s available. I had to phone a number of times for the menu and cost and the package deal for the night. Such a waste of business opportunities."

"Made several visits now can’t stop going or singing the praises of this delightful little cafe. Sumptuous cakes , fascinating and tasty food all freshly prepared and cooked to order. Coffees, teas, and cold drinks in abundance. Just perfect for sharing time with friends ....or a well earned ‘pit stop’ for walkers/cyclists to recharge their energy stores!! Sent the husband there for his breakfast yesterday still talking today about how good it was!! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!!"

"When you want to escape the office or the house at a lunchtime or an evening the place to visit for a snack or something larger; The White Horse, Wallington. Today’s meal a delicious chicken, bacon and mayo jacket potato with salad prepared by Dan and washed down with an orange juice and lemonade. A lovely friendly environment. Kelly and Darren run a lovely establishment. If you haven’t yet visited, I’d recommend it."

"Food was normal pub fare from a limited number of choices. The Sea Bass was nice , but the accompanying mash and veg was bland. The chicken Snitzel was OK, but it came with just salad and the smallest portion of chips in the smallest pot . The waitress was very pleasant, but we waited so long between courses the restaurant wasn’t busy) that we gave up waiting for our desert order to be taken and left, paying for the meal at the bar. This Restaurant used to be so much better, I don’t know what has happened."

"We visited this little gem of a cafe within a tasteful jeweller shop today in Titchfield. We were welcomed in by the manager, Simon, a very personable gentleman who made us all feel very comfortable. The premises is compact and bijoux in the nicest way as the decor has been carefully chosen to reflect a cosy atmosphere along with a contemporary feel. The cafe is beautifully clean including the upstairs toilet facilities which is important when food is being served on the premises. The menu is great with lots to choose from so we all had a lovely brunch. Prompt service, good value for money and a very friendly, knowledgable manager made for a very happy visit. Although it was an exceptionally wet day, we noticed a small but pretty, outdoor garden area that will be perfect in the summer. I am already planning my 2nd visit. This is the kind of place that makes you look forward to a cup of coffee more than you should as it’s a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I also bought a very pretty bracelet from the little jewellery shop on the way out. A wee bonus! If you are ever in Titchfield, pop in you won’t be disappointed."

"Went to stones for a traditional full English breakfast. The customer service was not the best, no table service. No alternatives or swaps allowed on the set menu. The establishment itself is clean and tidy but the service and standard of food could definitely be improved. The food served was average in every sense of the word. The sausages were poor quality, the bacon was very tasty and fresh. The price was average for the meals ordered, but could/should consist of higher quality ingredients. Table service would improve and benefit as the wait to order could be timely, overall the food was average. Comparable to a greasy spoon."

"We have visited Darcys in Porchester many times but I have to say that after todays visit we will not be rushing back … We entered the cafe and asked an employee if they had a table for 4 please.Her reply was *Weve got what you can see* Not quite the way I would have expected to be spoken to ……There were a few vacant seats but not 4 together …We decided we would wait until a table became vacant ,which It did ,after not too much of a wait … We chose our meals ,3 of which were jacket potatoes …*we’ve run out of jacket potatoes *not even a sorry we’ve run out … We settled for 3 lots of sandwiches and 1 Toastie …. I think they forgot about making the toastie as we had all finished our sandwiches before it had arrived and that was after we had to ask when it was coming… To say we were disappointed in our visit today is an understatement….We certainly didn’t have the friendly service that we have had in there previously …."

"I have booked for my sonny birthday cupcakes for the 21st april. ali was by far the most reasonable citation I had, and she was very recommended by some of my friends. I have a very short description of just want rugby style cupcakes and ali did the rest. They were super delicious cakes and the icing was not too much as some cupcakes can be. I would highly recommend alis cake and will definitely come back in the future to the birthday cake. great thanks. my boy loved her."

"I had an excellent lunch at this restaurant. I had mentioned in advance that I preferred a quiet setting as I was dining with a friend who has Asperger's. The staff were very accommodating, seating us in a suitable area and my friend had no issues with the service. Although my friend had dined there before and was familiar with some of the staff, it had been a while since I had joined him. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxed dining experience with excellent food."

"I visit Brown's twice a week, and everyone I've taken there has been just as impressed as I am with the food and service. The selection of cakes, many of which are gluten-free and dairy-free, is absolutely delightful. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, which often makes me linger over my meal. "I am extremely disappointed with the food and quality of this restaurant. Initially, I requested fish but was told it was sold out, so I settled for portabello mushrooms. However, I was informed that they only had breaded mushrooms, which I declined. I also ordered prawns in garlic and chicken wings. When the chicken wings arrived, they were cold. After sending them back, they were returned very hot, which was satisfactory. The other three meals were decent but not great, and all portions of chips were cold. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I will be sharing my negative experience with friends."

"Easy to find, and park. never had to wait, we were greeted straight away, they had taken our special requests into consideration, and sat us appropriately. The food was delicious, and very well price, considering some of the other harvesters I have been too and the food was so much better too. The staff were very friendly and were very attentive. We never felt rushed at all to leave the restaurant. It was a really pleasant evening meal out. Highly recommend it."

"We decided to try every Chinese restaurant in Gosport in search of our favorite, and we found a clear winner at this one! The food had great flavors, wasn't too salty like some others we've tried, and they offer free delivery and sometimes even free prawn crackers. Highly recommend! Their homemade spring rolls were also delicious."
