"This restaurant seems to have forgotten that information is key to a pleasant experience. When we arrived, we were told that we would not be able to be seated until all diners were present. Up to this point, we understand the right of admission. However, what really bothered us was the lack of transparency. There was no visible sign at the entrance indicating this policy. In short, this restaurant needs to learn that information should not be invisible."
