"„Ein Satz mit X – Das war nix“ war ich geneigt, zu schreiben. Die Reservierung klappte noch gut: Wir entschieden uns trotz der sommerlichen Temperaturen vor Ort dann doch, drinnen zu sitzen, weil an der Hauptstraße eine Unterhaltung unter Freunden sonst nicht so einfach ist. Wir entschieden uns für die Tagesgerichte auf der handgeschriebenen Tafel sowie für die in der Zeitungskritik gepriesene Pizza. Getränke sowie Bruschetta als Gruß aus der Küche kamen schnell, und auch die Pizza („Ich weiß leider nicht, wie sie heißt“ – das nahmen wir noch mit Humor). Die sich aber leider als weicher Teigfladen herausstellte. Zwar schön dünn, aber leider nicht knusprig. Viel später wurden die anderen Gerichte serviert, ansprechend angerichtete kleine Portionen auf großen Tellern. Der auf Nachfrage als „frisch“ ausgelobte Lachs war unserem Empfinden nach jedoch profane TK-Ware. Die anderen Gerichte waren sehr ordentlich. Nach Kaffee und Dessert wurde gefragt, und bestellt – und dann ging plötzlich nichts mehr. Auch auf Nachfrage kamen die Espressi nicht mehr – das Dessert irgendwann. Ebenso nachbestellte Getränke blieben aus. Dem Umstand, dass manche Tische im Lauf des Abends von der Terrasse nach innen umzogen, kann das nicht geschuldet werden. Eher dem nicht überhörbaren Dissens aus der Küche. Auch Nachbartische wurden ungeduldig. Wir entschieden uns dann zu gehen und am Ausgang zu bezahlen. Nachdem wir noch die nicht servierten Getränke von der Rechnung diskutieren mussten. Eine interessante Erfahrung – ohne Wiederholungswunsch."

"The decorative, semi-concrete house with its dark red roller shutters at Zeppelinplatz in the middle of Echterdingen looks inviting. Antico Casale d`Adriano After the complete restoration, Adriano Lapiccirella opened its Trattoria at the end of 2010. Since the semi-concrete house of 1678 had no generous interior layout, some parts of the wall were removed between the frame. This gave room in the guest room at the expense of monumental protection. Depending on the angle of view, you can now feel the interior comfortably cuddly or somewhat crampy. In any case, one is not lonely here, due to the proximity of neighboring tables and the variety of lovers of solid Italian cuisine. The Mediterranean offer is pleasantly diverse, you are not lost on the 3 pages of the menu, and there are also daily dishes and "No Pizza" which I do not miss in a Trattoria. Bread and fresh cheese cream are served for welcome. Greetings from the kitchenOliven oil, vinegar and peffer and salt mill are covered on the wooden tables with table runners. Our appetizers Antipasto Misto and Zuppa Carote were used after a pleasant waiting period. The carrot soup with fine fresh taste. Zuppa Carote The rich antipasti variation balanced, authentic and with good quality of the individual components. Very well I found the tasting Vitello Tonnato, only the amount on the rectangular plate I found visually less appealing. Antipasto Misto The main dish of the day card, paved pork bag filled with cooking ham and spinach on fine tomato sauce and with princess in bacon with parmesan. Right cooking place, juicy and delicate meat, handmade and this time the look was also true. Pork bag filled solid kitchen at Trattoria level without snorkeling and the German eating habits adapted in a cozy atmosphere. The selection of German and Italian wines is neat and concentrates on bottles from the Antinori family. Chef Adriano and the service are routine and they don't miss anything. The older waiter is a phenomenon as a strong smoker while you come and go as well as between you see him again and again on the entrance stairs with a cigarette in the mouth he smokes on ex, but at the same time he is present in the guest room without smelling smoke and served with a rough charm. You can easily understand why the Trattoria is so well visited not a top address, but you will like to have a nice change again!"
