"Today, my party of four arrived around 1:20 PM and were informed of a 45-minute wait for our meals. After an hour, we had to inquire about our order. Three of our dishes were finally brought out, only to be told that the fourth dish was no longer available. Waiting an hour only to receive part of our order is completely unacceptable.
I can’t help but wonder what’s going wrong. Is the menu too large and varied for the kitchen to handle? Is there a lack of organization in processing orders? Is there no food prep done before service starts? Have they crammed too many tables into the dining area? By the time we finally started eating, new customers were being warned of an hour wait for food, despite it being past peak lunchtime. Why wasn’t the kitchen able to catch up on orders?
Additionally, the table next to us was served as we were leaving, and they were dealing with issues of missing cutlery and side dishes. It’s disheartening to say this, as this used to be my go-to spot for quick lunches with friends and family. I doubt I will return. Instead of focusing on fancy presentation, redecoration, or an elaborate menu, the management should prioritize getting the fundamentals of service right.
