"We approached the retaurant to see that it was perhaps the one that had more tables, both on several terraces, and on the square itself. Upon arrival, a very kind girl attended us, who asked us to wait as we were May 1st and to be up. Two minutes later, a gentleman came with a chair, and perhaps as a result of the volume of work (we want to think that it was) told us in a somewhat unfortunate way, that we move away from the door, and stand behind a chair, that we forget about the terrace, although it was he who asked us if we wanted a terrace. The woman who looked for us the table, was especially attentive and kind, took note and served us in more than adequate times. the food was good, especially crumbs, croquettes and salad. the meat was very well made, but for the price, it could have a more quality point. Very good cakes. As a comet, there were probably too many people to be a bridge, mother's day and make good, but the score is for certain details in the environment I think that chinchon is a perfect town to visit a day like we were, but to go every few years. I believe that slightly improving attention, at least for our experience, in the days of the greatest workload, the experience in the people would have been perfect."
