"I actually come here quite often. But this time around, I was not pleaded. Ordered my 10yo son a beef burger, not until it was nearly half eaten. I noticed that it was raw. I couldn 't believe my eyes. I called a member of staff over and showed them the burger, they was shocked and apologetic. I asked, then asked, does the burgers come fresh or isit frozen? He stuttered and said they 're all fresh. Which is lies! I was only offered for the burgers to be replaced, but later on I told the staff this is not OK, especially for a 10yo child, and demanded a refund and replaced the burger. I went over to the female staff and took the tray of burger back so I could take a photo of it, but she was holding on to it tight and didn 't seem pleased that I took a photo. This is not OK."
