"absolutely terrible service and average food best we had a reservation. we appeared at the time of reservation, we sat and then literally forget about minutes. others got service, but we were ignored from any reason. we finally wondered if we could order, and we ordered two lasagna, a margarita pizza and tiramisu. it wasn't bad. also not amazing. certainly not the quality I would expect for the euro, and the portion size was the half I expected. the pizza never showed up. we ate the lasagne while our old son waited for a few minutes to eat. we looked at each other when the people who came after us finished eating and we were waiting. finally the waiter stopped with a burger. we told him we didn't order a burger. we have ordered a pizza and it is not yet there. we asked if the pizza and the tiramisu can be provided to which they brought the pizza after minutes later. the cheese was not melted and was still cold. the sauce was not even cooked completely and the crust was easy doughy! my sohn ate a piece, but didn't want what I'm saying was terrible. five minutes later the dessert arrived and it was not to go as we had asked. until now it was late and we had to put the children in bed, so we got up and went and paid. we waited a while until someone came to the desk and then we asked to talk to a manager and then we explained how the service was bad and we didn't want to pay for the dessert because we didn't eat it. we wanted to move. So I passed and waited. when the manager finally showed up, she shot me and went away! we just walked away because the kids had to go to bed, I'm not sure if they tried to load our room or not, but honestly, that was the worst restaurant experience I ever had. if the personal at least tried to apologize for the long waiting period or to act as we exist, I would not be so upset. but we felt so despised and the amount of money they charge for everything that is ridiculous."
