"We had no good experience at all. We ordered Solomillo Iberico with Sweet Potatoe Mash and got slices of burned meeting with Fritten. We ordered Seabass with Spinach Gambas. And got Seabass with grilled capsicorn and 2 shrimps. The Veggies were oily and oversaled. The waitress tried her best. But the kitchen is a mess quality wise. At the end we were invited, but after an hour drive from Calvia to this hotel restaurant we were looking forward to an amazing family dinner. And rather pay and get amazing food than invited to bad food. I prefer Son Claret a thousand times with us. It's a shame, because the restaurant is marketed as a much better place. I guess they don't have well-trained and trained chefs on Sunday. And no manager in sight when we asked."
