"We chose Canosio as a destination for a Sunday trip to get to know the alpaca, which in this country are bred and which accompany tourists in a nice walk near the village. On the road there is this bar/restaurant/bottega, where you can find a family management that offers breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, dishes few but well executed, excellent tajarin with white sauce and roasted with potatoes, homemade cakes and you can see) well executed. The staff is very fast, helpful, welcoming, the small but clean and characteristic. In a corner there is a small market and you can also buy the wools of the precious alpaca. A very pleasant stop at a very good price! Also recommended for the good will of those who try to keep the mountain alive with creativity and a smile, things that are not at all discounted these days"
