"Subject of a reservation for a meal for about 40 people, about two or three weeks ago I called to make a reservation, they told me that there was no problem, but that I had to discuss it with the manager, who is the one who manages it. Seeing that he did not call me, he called me again, he told me that they had it written down and that they would call me. When the manager called me, I told him about the situation and he told me what style of menu I wanted, I told him to give me several to discuss with my colleagues and he said he would send them to me by mail. Seeing that the date was approaching and I had no news, I called again and the manager was on leave and that today, Friday, he would call me to comment (less than a week from the date, since it was for Thursday the 6th). Well today, Friday, he called me and told me that on Thursday he only has one cook and that he won't be able to do it. I would say unprofessional but that would imply some professionalism."
