"I have often been asked by visitors where to get some good Irish food for which I usually have no recommendation, however The Sussex ticks all the boxes. We opted for the early bird menu (although the burgers looked amazing). I had the heirloom tomato and mozzarella starter which was so fresh and tasty and my boyfriend had a smoked salmon starter which he thoroughly enjoyed. Both accompanied by some traditional brown bread. For main we tried the chicken supreme and the fish of the day which for me was the star of the show; filet of hake on a bed of gnocchi full of flavour I would highly recommend it!
