"It was our first visit and the food was good. Our meal (approximately £20 each) came with a flatbread which was a quarter of a tortilla wrap which became greasy as the meat sat on top hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, it was nice. The service was OK but didn't come and check through the meal if we wanted another drink or if our food was ok. I would go again. "My family and I enjoyed a delightful lunch here in August 2023. I cannot praise the team enough for their flexibility in accommodating our changing requests over the phone as the date approached, including sending us a menu via email. On the day of our visit, we found the food to be delicious and the service to be excellent—polite, attentive, yet not intrusive. The main courses were both tasty and generously portioned (at least for us!). The pub and facilities were also very clean. I would be more than happy to take my family back again. The new management and team truly deserve to succeed, and I wish them all the best."
