"If you love meat then once in your life you should come here and enjoy an unforgettable dinner. the menu includes several choices, where all start with the same appetizer, then you can choose the formula with first and second or menu with meat and contours. there are various options, but the phasantine blossom I think is the right choice. an extraordinarily tender, goose and perfectly frolled meat, which does not lose liquids even if cooked in the blood. among the appetizers the dish is worthy of note is the tartare of fassona, one of the best things I have ever eaten in my life. I would try to offer a wine card, so as to accompany even better the delicious meat that is served (although the barber of the house in the fiasco is not bad anyway).
